Sam was a lovely guy, efficient and thorough. The chemicals took longer to dry than we were informed, which meant a big cleanup for my partner to ensure safety for our pets, however I must acknowledge that the weather is rainy today. I trust that on a sunny day the drying time would be faster. Hopefully this means an adequate amount was sprayed to keep pests away. Thanks!

Sam did an excellent job at our move-in property, and took care of both inside and outside the house. He was very friendly and explained what I was getting, and the processes involved.
